Zeelandia deepens
sustainability commitment in
2024 CSR Report
At Zeelandia, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not a box to tick—it’s the way we do business. Our newly released 2024 CSR Report highlights the key priorities we embraced this year, and the progress we’ve made by focusing our programme on the areas where we believe we can drive the greatest impact.
In 2024, we put much of our focus on clean energy and employee engagement—two pillars that are vital to building a more sustainable and resilient future. We took meaningful steps to expand the use of renewable energy across our operations, and invested in infrastructure and practices that bring us closer to our long-term climate goals.
Equally, we placed strong emphasis on fostering a culture of responsibility and involvement within our teams. More Zeelandians than ever contributed to CSR initiatives, reflecting a growing sense of shared purpose and engagement. These efforts have strengthened our internal community and helped embed CSR into our everyday work across the group.
These improvements are the result of intentional choices and long-term commitment. They build on our belief that success is a shared recipe—one we shape together through collaboration, continuous improvement, and a deep understanding of what truly matters to our customers and communities. Whether by expanding clean energy programmes or encouraging local ownership of sustainability goals, we have continued to evolve how we act on our values.
While we also continue our work in areas such as clean energy and introduce products that support a better lifestyle, 2024 marked a year in which we sharpened our focus and took visible steps forward. As we celebrate our 125th anniversary in 2025, we’re more committed than ever to creating a better future for people and the planet.
