We like to take customers’ wishes very seriously. But we do not always do what customers would like us to do. For instance, a bakery asked us to come up with a new cookie recipe. We wondered how we could meet expectations including trends and needs as we go along. The remarkable result was not a cookie … we raised the bar a bit.

We combined our business support with consumer insights and trends like health and convenience and developed a grab&go health bar. Adjustable according to customer needs and season involved. For instance by adding pumpkin seeds and dried fruit in autumn.

By presenting a total product, including packaging and marketing, our customer has been offered a unique and distinctive story. The result is not only a bigger margin, but also business growth.
