Fruit Creams are a different way to fill your pies, cakes, tarts and other pastry recipes with a soft texture and still up to 70% of fruit. Orange cream, lemon cream and our newest launch banana cream. These creams keep the natural organoleptic properties of the fruit and are bake and freeze/thaw stable pastry ingredients.
