We are currently looking for an inventive and ambitious student for a CSR internship!

What do we offer

An exciting internship in an international environment that focusses on CSR legislation compliance. We are currently preparing ourselves for compliance with several pieces of European CSR legislation that are coming our way. One of these is the so called Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The aim of this draft Directive is to foster sustainable and responsible corporate behaviour and to anchor human rights and environmental considerations in companies’ operations and corporate governance. The new rules will ensure that businesses address adverse impacts of their actions, including in their value chains inside and outside Europe.

This internship will focus on the creation of a heatmap of topics covered by this Directive on which Zeelandia has an impact. You will work together with colleagues from different departments like QESHR (quality, environment/safety/health, regulatory) and procurement. In addition, you will be assisting in several other CSR related tasks to further develop your CSR and business skills in the broadest sense! You will be surrounded by passionate and experienced colleagues who’d love to help you grow in your future career as a profession in the area of CSR.

Who are you ?

You are a driven, curious, ambitious and structured self-starter who feels at home in an international environment. You do a bachelor in (international) business, law or other relevant study and are fluent in Dutch and English. You have a broad interest in CSR topics and related legislation. You are pragmatic and a team player that easily connects to other people.

Practical information

This internship starts as soon as possible for a period of (at least) 6 months. You will be based at our corporate headquarters in the beautiful city of Zierikzee. On top of an exciting internship we offer a gross month remuneration of EUR 397 (full-time) plus a compensation for travel expenses.
