Welcome to
Masters of Pastry!
Zeelandia's Masters of Pastry is a competition for professional pastry chefs and pastry enthusiasts around the world to gain inspiration for creating their own winning pastry, cake or confectionary full of remarkable taste sensations to enjoy.
In this year's edition, Zeelandia Pastry Chefs from all over Europe were challenged to create healthier pastry based on Zeelandia's Nativa as well as V-GO! and vegan solutions.

Meet the winners of Masters of Pastry 2022
and their recipes.
At the end of an exciting two-day Final the team from Poland, existing of Daniel Waliszewski and Piotr Krysiak, were crowned Masters of Pastry 2022. Teams competed together and individually across different categories. With points across all categories added up, the Polish team came out on top, while Renske Huyben from the Netherlands winning the Best Vegan Tarte category, and Italy's Alessandro Longoni the Healthy Snack-on-the-Go

A vegan tarte existing of black vanilla sable, a fruit cake base, berry beetroot jelly, a chocolate and almond mousse, topped with chocolate with hazelnuts and vanilla cremoux.
RinGO! snack by
Piotr Krysak
A healthy snack-on-the-go existing of a cake with case nuts, crispy cookies, fruit jelly, glaze and gently covered with pistachios.
Apple Roses Pie by
Renske Huyben
A vegan tarte existing of a lemon zest and anis dough, a pumpkin, vanilla and almond filling, with an almond and apricot cake, apple roses, vegan caramel, almonds and rosemary.
HeaLThy Snack by
Alessandro Longoni
A healthy snack-on-the-go existing of a rice and millet mix and wheat flour, apple mouse and basil caviar with apricot jam.
