External communication specialist 24-32 hours week - remote

To strengthen our Group marketing ambition by leading and supporting our global communication, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced external communication specialist, 24-32 hours/week To build the best possible reputation, positioning and brand communication for the Zeelandia group.

To grow our business and to help our customers grow their business, the
marketing and R&D team of the Zeelandia group are working closely
together to develop market- and customer insights to drive our portfolio,
R&D and commercial decisions, develop our portfolio with innovations, raw
materials and commercial offerings and build commercial excellence and
commercial capabilities.

Within the marketing team, Group marketing is responsible for the global
portfolio, developing new products by leading innovation and renovation
projects. To realize her targets the marketing team works closely and cross
functionaltogether with the colleagues of R&D, operations and supply chain
within the Zeelandia group.

Role in the organization
In this role you will report to the manager commercial development.
You collaborate intensively with your direct colleagues in the
Communication team, the category managers and product leads and the
management and marketing communication specialists in the countries to
develop, align and execute the communication plan.

In this job you are responsible for the following:
- Setting frameworks and guidelines for Zeelandia brand communication
(reputation building).
- Developing Zeelandia brand positioning in general and derived versions
for various market segments and roles (e.g. employer branding and
segment specific value propositions).
- Organizing corporate events, keeping the corporate website and social
media up-to-date, content creation for CSR purposes and concepts (not
- Supporting the strategy and execution on labour market communications
with HR, managing the communication process.
- Communicating towards investors, government bodies and environmental
- Being part of the crisis management team and taking care of the internal
and external communication processes during and following a crisis
- Interacting regularly with MRD team, as well as with other management
layers within the corporate organization and operating companies.

• Ability to drive with impact, through strong collaboration with leaders and
colleagues across borders, functions and segments.
• Strong people skills, lead without authority.
• Experienced to work in a matrix organisation with strong influencing skills
• Experienced in managing communication projects, setting guidelines,
frameworks and positioning and the other tasks mentioned above.
• Experience in working in an international environment with different
cultures and markets is a plus
• You are used to operate on strategical, tactical and operational level and
preferable experience in working on corporate level.
• Creative and thoughtful on how new media technologies can be utilized in
an integrated marketing communication approach.
• Bachelor/Master level.
• 5-10 years’ experience in communication
• High proficiency in English.
