One of the main presentations of our Swedish colleagues during Nordic Bakery exhibition was the “GoodBakers”-concept (Narrowcasting system). This concept was accepted in a better way than expected and gave the company a lot of attention.
The GoodBakers-concept www.godabagare.se is aiming at increasing the sales in the bakery store and to be a source of information for the baker and his personnel, when it comes to subjects like business development, marketing, production, hygiene, etc. It is also a portal for exchange of information, ideas, etc. between bakers. Norlander Food got a lot of goodwill for this project aiming at strengthening the whole bakery business.
