The new generation of Frutafill, full of fruit! Zeelandia introduces the new generation of Frutafill: fruit fillings made from the best ingredients and with the latest process technology.
Available tastes in our range are:
apple / apricot / blueberry / cherry / lemon / rum-raisin (without alcohol) / strawberry / tropical.
The new Frutafill range offers many advantages to the baker :
· Filling with fresh taste of pure fruit.
· More fruit and less sugar. At least 70% fruit.
· Well visible fruit in it’s original structure, which gives the taste of fresh fruit
· Very good bake stability
· Can be cutted very well
· Long fresh look in and on top of the end product.
